Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the TotaCoach mobile application and related services (the "Service"). The Service is provided by LJJKS ApS, operating under the brand name TotaCoach, CVR DK46005287, with registered address at Myrehøjvej 9, Denmark.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials, devices, and activity on your account. Information you provide to us should be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.

TotaCoach provides fitness, nutrition, wellness, and coaching features, including workout planning, meal planning, progress tracking, health-data syncing, meal photo analysis, and AI-assisted chat and plan adjustments. Some features may change over time as we improve the Service.

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate coaching responses, meal-photo suggestions, workout recommendations, nutrition plans, and schedule or exercise adjustments. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances, so you should use judgment before relying on it.

TotaCoach provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness guidance for informational purposes only. It is not a doctor, dietitian, therapist, emergency service, or medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any fitness, nutrition, or recovery plan, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, eating-disorder history, or other health concern.

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, introductory offers, and trial terms are shown in-app before purchase. Unless cancelled through your store account, subscriptions renew automatically. Billing, refunds, cancellations, and any platform-specific rights are also subject to the rules of Apple or Google, as applicable.

You may choose to upload profile photos, submit meal photos, connect Apple Health or Health Connect, enable notifications, and send support or bug-report content. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to host, process, analyze, store, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Service or its infrastructure, scraping or reverse engineering the Service except where the law allows it, uploading unlawful or harmful content, using the Service to harass others, or using the Service in a way that creates safety, privacy, or security risks.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if we need to protect users, the Service, or our partners. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion in-app. Deletion removes your account and associated in-app data except where retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, or backup restoration windows.

The Service, including its software, branding, design, databases, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LJJKS ApS and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time, including features that rely on third-party providers, app stores, health-data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI providers. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every device or region.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LJJKS ApS and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Service.

If you downloaded the app through Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to any applicable platform terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing the Service, maintenance, support, or handling claims relating to the Service except to the extent required by applicable law or their own platform rules.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of your country or state of residence.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version date is shown as "Last updated".
